By accessing services, communicating for work, or making payment, the Client agrees to comply with all Terms without limitation.
Services include graphic design, AI content creation, video production, website development, and marketing. The Company reserves the right to modify or reject any project.
Advance payment is mandatory. Full payment required before final delivery. No ownership transfer without payment.
All work remains Company property until full payment. The Company retains portfolio rights.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies with courts of the Company's operational base.
Personal Information (name, email, phone, billing), Business Information, Technical Data, and Communication Data.
Data is collected for service delivery, communication, payment processing, and legal compliance.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared with processors or authorities when required by law.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time.

50% Advance before project start. 50% Final before delivery. Milestone payments for larger projects.
Indian: UPI, Bank Transfer. International: Payoneer or any officially approved method.
Company reserves the right to withhold deliverables and terminate. Ownership transfers only after full payment.
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without prior communication. Violations result in suspension and legal action.
All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Refunds are exceptions, not obligations.
Only if: Company fails to begin due to internal negligence, Client cancels before work starts, or force majeure prevents delivery.
No refunds for completed deliverables, client approval, preference changes, client-caused delays, or use of delivered work.
Submit in writing with project ID and reasoning. Review: 3–7 days. Investigation: up to 14 days.
Project starts when Client accepts proposal, advance payment received, and project details provided.
Work performed strictly per agreed scope. Additional work requires extra charges.

Company may terminate for non-payment, violations, or misconduct. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

AI-generated outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to be unique. May require human review.

AI-generated content may not be entirely exclusive. Copyright ownership varies by platform rules.
Illegal conduct, harmful/offensive content, fraud, IP violations, and malicious cyber activities are strictly prohibited.
Zero tolerance for deepfakes, identity impersonation, manipulated media, or automated spam campaigns.
Violations result in project cancellation, suspension, withheld deliverables, denied refunds, and permanent block — immediately.
Governed by laws of India. Client confirms full understanding and compliance.
